Research Methods

At Maskína, we employ various methods of data collection, both quantitative and qualitative. We select research methods which best suit the goals of our clients and how we can reach the target audience in the most effective way. In our arsenal of quantitative methods are telephone surveys, web survey, mail surveys, surveys on location and more. The qualitative arsenal is also well equipped, as we do focus focus groups, in-depth interviews, bulletin boards, mystery shopping and more.

Maskina also offers various unconventional methods. Amongst those are various assessments, projective techniques, psychological tests, direct observation and experiments.

Regardless of the method used, our main focus is to provide reliable, informative and useful results.
