Ad-hoc Customer Satisfaction Survey

Maskina offers our clients an Ad-hoc Customer Satisfaction Survey. In the Customer Satisfaction Survey, the respondents are asked about their general satisfaction, specific aspects of the service they got (for example pleasantness, realiability and speed) as well as specific aspects of the service of each company.

The questionnaire is constructed in a collaboration of the client and Maskina.
